In their Field Guide to Human Centered Design, they say, Human-centered design is an approach to problem-solving that has a focus on the people that you’re designing a product for. It starts by establishing who your user is and what their problem is and Design thinking is a rigorous human-centered innovation methodology that looks at the problem through the eyes of the people who experience it, provides actionable insights about unmet needs and untapped opportunities, generates unexpected ideas for change, and learns by testing rather than guessing.
